**Position Overview**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive (Night Shift) at Orange Carrot located in Hyderabad. The Performance Marketing Executive should have extensive experience in managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms and will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Campaign Management:

- Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals and maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Lead Generation:

- Design and execute lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads through various online channels.
- Utilize tools and techniques to track lead generation metrics and continuously improve the quality and volume of leads.

E-commerce:

- Drive online sales through effective e-commerce marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Regularly analyze campaign performance data and generate detailed reports to share with the team and stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.

Budget Management:

- Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently across various platforms and campaigns.
- Ensure that all campaigns are within budget and achieve the desired outcomes.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and sales, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate campaign plans, performance, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

Stay Updated:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and knowledge enhancement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid campaigns on Facebook and Google.
- Proven experience in lead generation and e-commerce marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Proficient in campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot).
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.

**NOTE**:This is a Night Shift Position

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
