About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented
Performance Marketing Executive
with a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Search Ads
. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital growth, analytical in approach, and skilled in driving measurable business results through performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
    Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
    and
    Google Search Ads
    .
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and ROI to ensure efficient use of ad spend.
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design/content teams to develop engaging creatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Support in scaling campaigns, exploring new channels, and contributing to overall growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
    in performance marketing, specifically with
    Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
    and
    Google Search Ads
    .
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency with
    Google Ads Manager
    ,
    Meta Ads Manager
    , and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead-generation campaigns is a plus.
