We are seeking a proactive HR Executive – Recruiter to strengthen our Human Resources team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and support in core HR operations. The ideal candidate should bring strong recruitment expertise, In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent to meet the growing needs of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to recruitment, and a passion for connecting with people.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
•    End-to-end recruitment process management (JD creation, sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding).
•    Proficiency in resume databases (Resdex, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter etc).
•    Boolean search techniques for effective candidate sourcing.
•    Collaborate with line managers to understand manpower requirements and finalize job descriptions.
•    Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and consultancies.
•    Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
•    Manage offer release, pre-joining formalities, and smooth onboarding.

HR Operations & Engagement
•    Maintain recruitment trackers, HR dashboards, and MIS reports.
•    Support induction programs and employee orientation.
•    Assist in employee engagement activities, welfare measures, and retention initiatives.
•    Coordinate with training & development teams for employee upskilling.
•    Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory guidelines, and audits.
