Sr. Operations Executive

Job Title: Operations Specialist

Location: Kolkata

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Specialist to join our growing team and take charge of DocTube's (doctube.com) operations. As the Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the platform, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency to enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Management: Oversee the end-to-end content management process, ensuring accurate and timely upload, categorization, and metadata enrichment of video content.2. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement QA & QC processes to ensure the integrity of the video content and platform functionality by monitoring key performance indicators to track and improve content and operational quality.3. User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with the product team to identify and implement features that enhance the user experience on the video-based website.4. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and performance.5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular reports and actionable insights to guide decision-making processes.6. Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the security and stability of the video-based website.7. Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement new tools and software to enhance efficiency and creative capabilities.8. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize operational workflows to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and work towards automation of processes.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Familiarity with content management systems and online platform operations.- Solid understanding of quality assurance processes and best practices.- Effective communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of at least 3-5 yrs in operations management, preferably in the online video content industry / digital media- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
