We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual who can oversee all banking activities and transactions to ensure smooth operations. This includes managing vendor payments efficiently, overseeing investment activities, and supervising payroll, invoicing, and other financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fund Planning & Management: Strategically plan and manage funds to optimize financial performance.
- Vendor Payments/Investments: Manage vendor payments efficiently and oversee investment activities.
- Monitor day-to-day financial operations: Supervise payroll, invoicing, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and monitor reconciliation reports: Ensure accuracy in financial records through regular reconciliations.
- Oversee receivables & payable management: Manage the system for receivables and payables effectively.
- Ensure financial compliance: Represent the organization's financial compliance to Auditors, Regulatory Authorities (TDS, GST, PF, ESI), and ensure timely submissions and forecasts.
- Review financial data and prepare reports: Analyze financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports, including projections.
- Present financial reports: Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
- Establish financial policies and procedures: Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
