Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at Synergeze Solutions in Gurgaon. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. They will develop and implement sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service. The Senior Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical/ B.tech in Electrical

- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of power quality management or electrical systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
