Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sponsorship Sales Specialist. The Sponsorship Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, securing sponsorships, maintaining relationships with sponsors, and driving sales. Daily tasks include identifying potential sponsors, crafting compelling sponsorship proposals, and negotiating sponsorship deals. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and events teams to maximize sponsorship opportunities and deliver value to sponsors.

Qualifications

  • Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship skills
  • Communication and Lead Generation skills
  • Sales skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the sports industry or with sponsorships is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must be a hustler in a startup environment.
  • Freshers are also welcome with internship roles at first.
