The Vision of PocketFrog, LLC is for Collegiate and High School Esports to get the same recognition as other collegiate and high school mainstream sports like collegiate football, baseball and basketball. PocketFrog’s mission is to be a trusted sponsorship broker/management company that secures funds recurrently for college and high school eSports programs and invests marketing funds profitably for its sponsors.
We are focused on regional and national business owners/executives that are looking for ways to increase their brand awareness by sponsoring high schools and collegiate teams in their geographic area thus increasing their awareness and maximizing their marketing dollars.
At the current time we have one national organization that we seek potential sponsors for, our corporate strategy is to expand horizontally with other national organizations that we can provide services to.
Summary: Solicit new sponsors to join with the national organization that we represent, to sponsor eSports activities. This is a true “hunter” position with all offensive actions to include identifying potential sponsors, finding contact information and closing the sale.
Maintain the PocketFrog vision of customer satisfaction: to be the preferred vendor of choice with a service offering that is delivered with continuous improvement and sense of urgency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Market and sell to sports organizations in the US market with specific emphasis on high schools, colleges and universities
- Utilize the documented PocketFrog sales process, training provided
- Research to identify a minimum of 60 potential suspects to contact on a daily basis utilizing lead generating software and other methods

Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)
The Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are those activities by which success will be measured. KPI’s are the basis for determining your level of performance and are the minimum requirements for success as a sales person. These indicators will form the basis for your performance reviews, promotions and raises. They are as follows:
- All contacts are to be entered into the company CRM system on a daily basis
- Customer Satisfaction
- a 99% satisfaction rating is required for this position and will be measured via satisfaction surveys mailed periodically through the year.
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
All of the below or a combination thereof:
1. College Degree or 5 years of B2B selling experience
2. The ability to take direction and work independently
3. Positive/ Can do attitude (not discouraged easily)
4. Superior computer skills and use of the MS Office and Google Suite of products
5. Prior CRM experience
6. Previous eSports sales experience a plus
7. Knowledge of lead generation software and/ or lead generating activities through LinkedIn and other social media platforms, such as Slack
8. Knowledge of eSports and the current atmosphere for eSports in the school systems
