We're Hiring: Sponsorship Acquisition Specialist – Become Part of TheVenio

Are you an enthusiastic networker with a love for creating enduring brand alliances? The Venio, an IP-driven event startup leading founder-centric cultural initiatives, is on the hunt for a Sponsorship Acquisition Specialist to assist in expanding our unique experiences for founders, VCs, and ecosystem leaders.

Role Focus: Identify, propose, and secure strategic sponsors for TheVenio's main event IPs. Design innovative sponsorship packages, cultivate industry connections, and boost revenue for events that transform community into capital.

Who We're Seeking:

Over 2 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships (preferred)

Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation abilities

Relationship-focused mindset with an analytical approach

Enthusiasm for working in fast-paced, startup settings

Interest in culture, innovation, and premium networking is advantageous

Motivated to surpass targets and excel in dynamic teams

Key Responsibilities:

Discover and connect with high-potential sponsors across various sectors

Create tailored proposals for value-driven partnerships

Negotiate, finalize, and oversee sponsorship agreements

Collaborate with marketing and event teams for maximum sponsor exposure

Represent The Venio at major networking events to establish new connections
