About the Position

Global Customer Success is the team at Energy Exemplar responsible for driving customer adoption, renewal, and expansion.

We are hiring for a new Global Customer Success Administration Manager with deep sales or customer success administration experience to serve as a key partner to our Customer Success teams on a global scale. This role demands strong attention to detail and proactiveness as you lead and develop a team of Customer Success Administrators who will execute deal-related administrative tasks in a proactive, timely, and accurate manner.

Your team will focus on helping CSMs reach their targets by simplifying processes and reducing administrative friction. By streamlining workflows, the team will support Customer Success in meeting monthly goals. This role will also work closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Solutions, Support, and Revenue Operations globally.

You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Customer Success Administrators, fostering their growth and performance. You will also lead the end-to-end commercial administration of contracts to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Manage administrative tasks related to renewals, including generating renewal notices, processing contract amendments, and routing purchase orders.Work within strict deadlines to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.Develop and maintain global customer success business operations plans, scorecards, and reports, including weekly and monthly business review documents.Establish and track key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the Customer Success Administrators.Monitor, assess, and report on risks and account health to provide proactive insights for customer success.Support global commercial administration operations, ensuring seamless coordination across regions and between groups such as Sales.Collaborate closely with the Senior VP of Global Customer Success, Regional Customer Success Leaders, and Customer Success Managers to drive alignment and strategic initiatives.Assist in maintaining the accuracy of Salesforce and HubSpot reporting systems, ensuring data integrity.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications7+ years of experience in Sales Operations and Administration.Proven leadership experience with the ability to establish and build teams and processes from the ground up.Must have experience working in a global environment.Hands-on experience managing commercial contracts.Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.High level of Salesforce proficiency (Administrator certified preferred).Highly motivated with strong relationship-building skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
