Living Art Interiors LLP, a leading provider of high-end luxury furniture brands and Interior solutions located in Bangalore, is seeking a talented and experienced Area Sales Manager in Chennai Tamil Nadu, to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing Team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and marketing activities within a designated area, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the brand's presence in the luxury furniture market.
Responsibilities:
Business Ownership - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Vendor & Brand Management - Plan and implement marketing initiatives to strengthen sales and enhance brand awareness. The Candidate should have the business acumen to do business with High Network Individuals.
Service and Fulfilment Communications – The role requires the person to handle various stakeholders to deliver best customer service.
Product Planning and Marketing - This role requires product marketing to HNI Customers which in turn increases Sales Targets.
Marketing Initiatives – Taking ownership & planning marketing initiatives in coordination with architects and Builders to execute various sales strategies to drive awareness and conversion. The candidate should have relevant experience in handling the marketing campaign required to generate Sales Conversions.
Effective Communication - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including interior designers, architects, luxury retailers, and high-profile customers. coordinate with cross-functional teams to contribute to product development and improvements
Sales Analysis and Monitoring - Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
Competitor Analysis - Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and proactively develop strategies to stay ahead
Lead Generations - Generate new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach programs via various online and offline channels.
Qualification : Bachelor's and Master's degree preferred ( from Tier I or II institute).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Luxury Interiors Goods Or experience in a similar or related field preferred.
Requirement :
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Relationship Building with Architects and clients.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and trends to inform business decisions
Result-oriented, adaptable to change, and critical thinking abilities
Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury market dynamics
Experience in vendor and brand management will be an advantage
Behavioural Skills:
