Position : Area Sales Manager

Salary : Depends Upon Experience
Location : Chennai 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant work experience and a proven track record in sales and team management.

Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
. Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance
. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Ability to travel within the assigned area
