Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and Experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team.The Area Sales Manager for the Region will be a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for spearheading sales activities of Medical Equipments. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong background in technical sales and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. As a key player in our sales team, you will contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic Sales plan to achieve sales targets within the Assigned Area.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, biomedical heads, OT nurses, and purchasing department staff.
  • Assess customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions using our medical device offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for live surgical cases, gather feedback, and work closely with the Managing Director (MD) to offer competitive pricing.
  • Convert prospects into clients by effectively communicating the value proposition of our Medical devices and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics within the Assigned Area.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand professional network and increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Foster innovation and strong ability to drive execution and meet the assigned results.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • We require only between 3 to 8 years of mandatory proven sales experience in the Medical device or Healthcare industry Sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, and occasionally beyond.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM systems.
