Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and Experienced

Area Sales Manager

to join our team. The Area Sales Manager

for the Region will be a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for spearheading sales activities of Medical Equipments. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong background in technical sales and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. As a key player in our sales team, you will contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic Sales plan to achieve sales targets within the Assigned Area.Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, biomedical heads, OT nurses, and purchasing department staff.Assess customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions using our medical device offerings.Conduct product demonstrations for live surgical cases, gather feedback, and work closely with the Managing Director (MD) to offer competitive pricing.Convert prospects into clients by effectively communicating the value proposition of our Medical devices and providing exceptional customer service.Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics within the Assigned Area.Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand professional network and increase brand visibility.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.Foster innovation and strong ability to drive execution and meet the assigned results.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.We require only between 3 to 8 years of mandatory proven sales experience in the Medical device or Healthcare industry Sales.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, and occasionally beyond.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM systems.
