About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and experienced HR Executives to join our growing team You will play a key role in the entire recruitment process, from building pipelines to onboarding new hires. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement workforce plans to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Conduct job analysis to define requirements and qualifications for open positions.
  • Craft compelling and informative job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and fair interview process.
  • Manage and extend competitive job offers to successful candidates.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.
  • Maintain strong understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee events, rewards & recognition programs.
  • Actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Offer general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to HR policy development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment (highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
  • Strong understanding of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (a plus).
  • Experience with social media recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
