Job Title: HR Executive (Multiple Openings)
Locations: Bangalore & Ahmedabad

About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and experienced HR Executives to join our growing team You will play a key role in the entire recruitment process, from building pipelines to onboarding new hires. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and implement workforce plans to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Conduct job analysis to define requirements and qualifications for open positions.
- Craft compelling and informative job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and fair interview process.
- Manage and extend competitive job offers to successful candidates.
- Design and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.
- Maintain strong understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee events, rewards & recognition programs.
- Actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Offer general administrative support to the HR department.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to HR policy development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment (highly preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
- Strong understanding of human resources processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (a plus).
- Experience with social media recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and report on recruitment metrics.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
