
Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit analysis, and operations to facilitate efficient loan processing and closing.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the lending industry.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and financial solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of loan agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Should have experience of all kinds of loans MSME, SME, CGTMSE,BL, HL, LAP, all type of retail loans.
- Should have good contacts with bankers for easy disbursement of loans.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
