We are a fast-growing IPO Advisory and Merchant Banking firm, specializing in helping companies raise capital through public markets. Our team consists of seasoned professionals with extensive experience in equity capital markets, IPO support, and corporate advisory. We are seeking a Business Development professional with a strong background in merchant banking / IPO advisory to join our team.
- Identify, source, and acquire new clients (corporates, SMEs, startups) interested in raising funds through IPOs and capital markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, CFOs, and decision-makers of companies.
- Develop business strategies to expand client base and increase deal flow in IPO advisory.
- Collaborate with internal teams (research, compliance, execution) to support end-to-end deal origination and closure.
- Stay updated on SEBI guidelines, IPO processes, and capital market trends.
Represent the firm at industry events, investor forums, and networking opportunities.
Mandatory: 3–4 years of experience in Business Development within Merchant Banking / IPO Advisory firms.
- Strong understanding of IPO processes, regulatory framework, and capital markets.
- Proven track record of sourcing clients and closing mandates in merchant banking / corporate advisory.
- Excellent networking, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. (MBA / CFA preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.)
