Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele caller Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate our tele calling team. The role requires handling targets, monitoring performance, ensuring quality calls, and driving sales/lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of telecallers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members for improved performance.
  • Monitor calls to ensure quality, compliance, and effective communication.
  • Allocate leads, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on team performance.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and provide support.
  • Work closely with management to develop strategies for lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma holder preferred.
  • 2–4 years of telecalling/telesales experience with at least 1 year in a team leader role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools.
  • Task-driven and ability to work under pressure.

Salary: (Mention range) + Incentives
