Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Customer Service Team Leader to manage and motivate our outbound tele caller team. The role involves leading a team of customer service executives who focus on outbound calling, lead generation, and conversion, while ensuring excellent customer engagement and consistent achievement of sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of outbound customer service executives.
  • Monitor daily outbound call activities, ensuring targets for lead generation, appointments, and conversions are achieved.
  • Train and coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement.
  • Set performance goals and track KPIs such as call volumes, conversion ratios, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement calling strategies and scripts to improve efficiency and sales outcomes.
  • Handle escalated customer calls and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and analyze team performance reports; suggest improvements for higher productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outbound strategies with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards during all customer interactions.
  • Motivate the team with recognition, feedback, and performance-driven incentives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales/customer service, with at least 1–2 years in a team leader role.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound telesales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to motivate a team in achieving goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
