
Customer Service Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Customer Service Team Leader to manage and motivate our outbound tele caller team. The role involves leading a team of customer service executives who focus on outbound calling, lead generation, and conversion, while ensuring excellent customer engagement and consistent achievement of sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of outbound customer service executives.
- Monitor daily outbound call activities, ensuring targets for lead generation, appointments, and conversions are achieved.
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement.
- Set performance goals and track KPIs such as call volumes, conversion ratios, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement calling strategies and scripts to improve efficiency and sales outcomes.
- Handle escalated customer calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and analyze team performance reports; suggest improvements for higher productivity.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outbound strategies with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards during all customer interactions.
- Motivate the team with recognition, feedback, and performance-driven incentives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales/customer service, with at least 1–2 years in a team leader role.
- Strong knowledge of outbound telesales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to motivate a team in achieving goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
