Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader with a strong background in BPO and Tele calling. The role involves supervising a team of tele callers, driving performance, ensuring process compliance, and maintaining excellent client and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele callers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Prepare performance reports and share updates with management.
  • Ensure adherence to scripts, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Allocate tasks, schedule shifts, and manage team attendance.
  • Drive team productivity while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in BPO/tele calling, with at least 1 year in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools for reporting and data management.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
