We are looking for a Team Leader – Tele calling Sales to lead, inspire, and guide our tele caller team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. If you come from a sales background, have strong leadership skills, and thrive in a target-driven environment, this is the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele callers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring consistent productivity and achievement of goals.
- Train and mentor team members to improve communication skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Drive sales initiatives and develop effective strategies to enhance customer conversion rates.
- Review call quality, provide feedback, and ensure a professional approach in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with management to identify new sales opportunities and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of total experience in sales, with at least 1 year of team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and tele calling systems.
- Candidates from the financial services, investment, insurance, or similar domains are highly preferred.
