Team Leader – Telecalling

  1. Manage, lead, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

  2. Monitor calls and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance.

  3. Track individual and team performance metrics (calls made, conversions, quality, etc.).

  4. Ensure team adherence to scripts, quality standards, and company policies.

  5. Assign daily/weekly calling tasks and targets to telecallers.

  6. Handle escalated calls or issues and provide timely resolution.

  7. Generate and submit performance and productivity reports to higher management.

  8. Implement strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates.

  9. Maintain discipline and team coordination, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

  10. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

  11. Work closely with the HR or hiring team to recruit and train new telecallers when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
