Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Telecaller, based in Dwarka. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients to promote the company's telecom solutions, understanding client requirements, and positively influencing purchase decisions. Responsibilities include managing outbound calls, building rapport with clients, achieving targeted lead conversions, and effectively maintaining client records and feedback. The role necessitates strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills for client interactions
• Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and managing customer relationships
• Ability to understand and articulate technical products, such as cloud telephony, WhatsApp Business API, and SIP trunk solutions
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple client calls and maintaining records
• Relevant experience in B2B sales or the telecom industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field
