Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive
Business Development / Inside Sales Executive
to join our Delhi team.

This role involves
lead generation, cold calling, and building relationships
with schools, kindergartens, institutions, and distributors to drive new business for Sonacore's range of children's furniture and play solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, directories, and networks.
  • Conduct cold calls and email outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update client databases and follow up on leads.
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable product solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the field sales team.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development (preferred in furniture, education, or manufacturing).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Multi-lingual Preferred- Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam
