About the Role:
We are seeking a
Lead Generation Executive
with hands-on experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools. The ideal candidate should be confident in identifying, extracting, and qualifying high-quality leads for multiple clients across diverse industries. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, result-driven, and capable of working closely with clients to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other advanced lead generation tools to research and extract leads.
* Develop and implement lead generation strategies for multiple clients.
* Identify decision-makers, key stakeholders, and potential prospects in target industries.
* Build, maintain, and update lead databases with accurate information.
* Collaborate with the internal team to understand client goals and customize lead generation strategies.
* Maintain regular communication with clients to share progress and insights.
* Stay updated with the latest tools, platforms, and trends in lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
* 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation.
* Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar lead extraction tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.).
* Excellent research and data-mining skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver leads under tight deadlines.
* Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
