Role Description – Team Leader / Manager

We are seeking an experienced
Team Leader / Manager
to join our team at
Dwarka Mor, Delhi
. This is a
full-time, on-site role
with a
9 AM – 5 PM shift
and
Saturday & Sunday fixed off
.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations and team activities
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve goals
  • Driving project completion and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Coordinating with cross-functional departments for smooth operations
  • Implementing best practices to improve team performance and productivity
  • Conducting regular team meetings, tracking KPIs, and generating reports

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    team handling / leadership roles
    (preferably in EdTech or related industry)
  • Strong
    leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in
    project management and performance assessment
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience

Dwarka Mor, Delhi


Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (in-hand) + Incentives
