Role Description

As a
Sales Team Lead
, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and guiding the sales team, setting and achieving monthly targets, and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will play a key role in scaling our business globally and building a high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct sales interviews and expand the sales team as needed.
  • Regularly monitor, track, and report sales performance against projections.
  • Take ownership of team goals and ensure pipeline health.
  • Conduct daily/weekly team meetings to align strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality feedback.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of proven sales and team-handling experience.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and grow a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Must have experience in EdTech sales
    (B2B / B2C)

Benefits

Salary:
₹20,000-40,000/month + Incentives

First Increment after 6 Months (Performance-based)

Second Increment after 1 Year of Completion

Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM) work schedule
