Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Executive based in New Delhi, with some work from home acceptable. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and solutions to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service operations. The day-to-day tasks also include maintaining communication with customers, addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
