Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Head to join our team at Wings Global Services. This full-time senior role is crucial to guiding our talent strategy across our offices in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to source, attract, and secure top talent to meet our ongoing organizational goals. This role involves the strategic oversight of recruitment operations and employer branding within a dynamic and innovation-driven environment. Qualifications and Skills Proven expertise in workforce planning to align recruitment practices with organizational objectives. Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Experience in optimizing applicant tracking systems for efficient recruitment workflow management. Skill in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to ensure future workforce needs are met. Strong proficiency in succession planning to manage future leadership requirements effectively. Experience with employer branding initiatives to enhance organizational reputation and attractiveness. Ability to leverage data-driven recruiting methodologies to improve hiring processes and outcomes. Strategic mindset with the capability to design recruitment strategies that align with evolving business needs. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from talent identification to onboarding. Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure strategic talent alignment with business growth. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract diverse candidates. Manage and enhance the applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment processes. Build a comprehensive talent pipeline to support immediate and long-term recruitment needs. Lead succession planning and talent development programs for leadership continuity. Actively promote and manage employer branding initiatives to position Wings Global Services as an employer of choice. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
