Job Overview The HR Head of Talent Acquisition at Wings Global Services will oversee the strategic hiring processes in alignment with company goals. The role involves leading innovative recruitment strategies to support the companys growth in the engineering services industry. Qualifications and Skills Proficient in talent management software to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experiences. Deep understanding of employer branding strategies to attract top-tier engineering talent to align with company values. Experience in executing diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a workplace culture of equity and varied perspectives. Expertise in advanced data analytics for making informed decisions and improving the efficiency of the recruitment funnel. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems to manage and monitor candidate pipelines effectively. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment with organizational goals and candidate expectations. Knowledge of digital recruitment marketing to leverage online platforms for building talent communities and engagement. Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools to innovate the hiring process and tailor approaches to sector-specific needs. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational growth targets and industry trends. Lead the talent acquisition team, setting goals, and driving performance through continuous training and development. Implement employer branding strategies to enhance the companys visibility and attract high-caliber engineering professionals. Oversee the application of talent management and applicant tracking systems to optimize hiring processes. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
