Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of global hiring practices, labor markets, and recruitment technologies. Expertise in building EVP and managing cross-channel employer branding campaigns. Proficient in data-driven recruiting, market intelligence, and talent insights. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. Passion for innovation, talent storytelling, and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
