Job Title: Talent Acquisition HeadLocation: Bandra West, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly driven Talent Acquisition Head to lead and execute the complete hiring function of the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, understands modern hiring practices, and has the ability to attract high-quality talent across multiple roles. The individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business objectives.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate engagement. This position requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding coordinationDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and direct searchEnsure timely closure of open positions with high-quality candidatesConduct detailed candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignmentCoordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring processPrepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalitiesStay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practicesRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processesExcellent sourcing and screening skillsProficiency in using job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment toolsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple positions simultaneouslyQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or RecruitmentProven experience in handling bulk as well as niche hiringStrong exposure to LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and direct sourcingExperience in handling mid-level to senior-level hiringJob Location & Working DetailsLocation: Bandra West, MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Mode: On-siteWorking Days: Monday to Saturday
