Job Responsibilities
- Execute vulnerability scanning and manage VM programs for clientsComplete the projects within budgeted efforts and agreed timelines with high quality deliverables
- Perform vulnerability scanning using different scanning solutions including SAINT, Nessus, , , Qualys, etc.
- Gain good understanding of client network architecture and infrastructure to be scanned
- Be involved in threat identification, vulnerability identification and control analysis
- Develop customized reports and dashboards as per client expectations
- Be proactive in project planning and execution
- Perform likelihood determination, impact analysis and risk determination
- Showcase prioritization of risks including solution recommendation and documentation
- Identify and infer the business risk posed by the weaknesses identified during the assessments
- Engage with both business and technical teams within and outside the organization from a project scope definition, project execution, project closure perspectives
Skills Required
- 5+ year of experience in Vulnerability Scanning - Expertise in Vulnerability Scanning tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.
- Experience with understanding and explaining vulnerabilities to stakeholders
- Good knowledge of various platforms such as Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac OS, Cisco, Juniper, etc.
- Insights on standards such as PCIDSS, CIS Benchmarks, etc.
- Flexible in working on challenging activities and creative in problem solving - Good communication and writing skills with ability to talk fluently
