  • Develop and executeSEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search enginerankings
  • Conduct keyword research and analysisto guide content optimization efforts
  • Lead andmentor the SEO team providing guidance and support in executing SEOinitiatives
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performancemetrics using tools such as GoogleAnalytics
  • Collaborate with content creators webdevelopers and marketing teams to implement SEO bestpractices
  • Stay updated with industry trends andalgorithm changes to adapt strategies for maximumeffectiveness
  • Perform website audits toidentify technical SEO issues and proposesolutions
  • Create and present regularperformance reports to management
  • Stay informedabout competitors SEO strategies and industry bestpractices
  • Oversee link building strategies andoffpage optimization efforts
  • Optimize websitecontent metadata and internal linking structure for improvedorganic visibility
  • Implement local and mobileSEO strategies for targetedvisibility
  • Collaborate with web developmentteams to implement technical SEO bestpractices
  • Contribute to the development ofSEOfriendly content and ensure adherence to bestpractices
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in SEO with a strongtrack record of improving search enginerankings
  • Demonstrated experience in teammanagement and leadership
  • Proficiency in SEOtools such as Google Analytics SEMrush andMoz
  • Indepth understanding of search enginealgorithms and ranking factors
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
  • Abilityto multitask and prioritize in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Understanding of HTML CSS andwebsite administration
  • Certification in GoogleAnalytics or similar tools is a plus
  • Experiencein local and mobile SEO strategies
  • Knowledge ofcontent management systems and webdevelopment
  • Thorough understanding of onpageand offpage optimization techniques
  • Ability tocollaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and bestpractices in SEO
