Responsibilities:


Digital Campaign Management:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).

Utilize IT tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance, including marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Content Creation and Optimization:

Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.

Optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve visibility and organic traffic.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

Generate reports and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve marketing objectives.

Website Management:

Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of the company website.

Implement SEO best practices, manage website updates, and optimize user experience (UX) to increase conversions.

Social Media Management:

Develop social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities effectively.

Email Marketing:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.

Segment email lists, create personalized content, and optimize email deliverability and open rates.

Competitor Analysis:

Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new opportunities for growth.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in both marketing and IT fields.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on IT-related projects or industries.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
