Job Purpose:
Marwadi Financial Services is looking for an experienced Sr. Executive (Marketing & Communication) for our broking firm, As a Sr. Executive he/she will be responsible for the Marketing and communication activities of Marwadi Financial Services.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate / Master's degree- Experience: 3+ Years of Experience with Social Media Portal + SEO Knowledge- CTC: 3.6 to 5 LPA- Location: Rajkot
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for maintaining the company's digital media platforms, App, and website- Creating and running paid social media ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)- Monitor & evaluate social media results through deep analytics & metrics Plan and execute marketing campaigns for lead generation- Responsible for all brand promotion activities (media, Hoardings, event organizing, etc.) in the assigned area.- Take initiatives for brand visibility and popularity.- Improvement for Brand Management activities.- Responsible for the management of downline employees.- Preparing/forming (Content Writing) effective communication templates for various products and Services of Marwadi Financial Services and ensuring timely and constant execution of the same.- Form a structured Communication channel/methodology with timelines and strategies for the execution accordingly and effectively.- Relationship building through communication with clients and key stakeholders.
Skills:
- Able to work independently as well as in teams with strong personal discipline.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Problem Solving or Analysis skills.- Should be Accurate and responsible
Personality:
- Careful and diligent even meticulous with a good dose of common sense- Efficient, effective, and organized in both physical and digital words- Modestly confident and also personable, good-humored and trustworthy- Informal but 100% professional while respecting traditional courtesy and good manners.
