Job Purpose:

Marwadi Financial Services is looking for an experienced Sr. Executive (Marketing & Communication) for our broking firm, As a Sr. Executive he/she will be responsible for the Marketing and communication activities of Marwadi Financial Services.


Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate / Master's degree
  • Experience: 3+ Years of Experience with Social Media Portal + SEO Knowledge
  • CTC: 3.6 to 5 LPA

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for maintaining the company's digital media platforms, App, and website
  • Creating and running paid social media ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
  • Monitor & evaluate social media results through deep analytics & metrics Plan and execute marketing campaigns for lead generation
  • Responsible for all brand promotion activities (media, Hoardings, event organizing, etc.) in the assigned area.
  • Take initiatives for brand visibility and popularity.
  • Improvement for Brand Management activities.
  • Responsible for the management of downline employees.
  • Preparing/forming (Content Writing) effective communication templates for various products and Services of Marwadi Financial Services and ensuring timely and constant execution of the same.
  • Form a structured Communication channel/methodology with timelines and strategies for the execution accordingly and effectively.
  • Relationship building through communication with clients and key stakeholders.


Skills:

  • Able to work independently as well as in teams with strong personal discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem Solving or Analysis skills.
  • Should be Accurate and responsible
