Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on meeting sales targets, expanding the customer base, and promoting our products or services within the designated territory. This is a field-based role, requiring you to travel extensively to meet clients, attend events, and conduct product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, making cold calls, and arranging meetings to present our products/services.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic plan to target specific markets and geographical areas, ensuring maximum coverage and market penetration.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings, addressing client queries effectively.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring progress and implementing action plans to drive sales growth.
Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback, preferences, and pain points, relaying this information to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Travel: Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably in the same industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Up to 70% travel

- Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
