Job Purpose:
Marwadi Financial Services is looking for an experienced Sr. Executive (Marketing & Communication) for our broking firm, As a Sr. Executive he/she will be responsible for the Marketing and communication activities of Marwadi Financial Services.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate / Master's degree
Experience: 3+ Years of Experience with Social Media Portal + SEO Knowledge
CTC: 3.6 to 5 LPA
Location: Rajkot
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for maintaining the company's digital media platforms, App, and website
Creating and running paid social media ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
Monitor & evaluate social media results through deep analytics & metrics Plan and execute marketing campaigns for lead generation
Responsible for all brand promotion activities (media, Hoardings, event organizing, etc.) in the assigned area.
Take initiatives for brand visibility and popularity.
Improvement for Brand Management activities.
Responsible for the management of downline employees.
Preparing/forming (Content Writing) effective communication templates for various products and Services of Marwadi Financial Services and ensuring timely and constant execution of the same.
Form a structured Communication channel/methodology with timelines and strategies for the execution accordingly and effectively.
Relationship building through communication with clients and key stakeholders.
Skills:
Able to work independently as well as in teams with strong personal discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem Solving or Analysis skills.
Should be Accurate and responsible
Personality:
Careful and diligent even meticulous with a good dose of common sense
Efficient, effective, and organized in both physical and digital words
Modestly confident and also personable, good-humored and trustworthy
Informal but 100% professional while respecting traditional courtesy and good manners.
