Roles and Responsibilities:

  • This is a sales and customer engagement role.
  • Person will be responsible to generate leads , collect required document, help customer to apply for loan and manage good relationship .
  • An ability to understand lending products and a strong background on the fundamentals of finance .
  • Has strong customer orientation and is able to handle objections from customers methodically and politely.
  • Should have strong communication skills - oral and written in English, Hindi, and local language.
  • An ability to display a strong sense of empathy with the customer.
  • Patience to deal with the customers, partners and analysts in the face of process-breakdowns and delays.
  • Any graduate or postgraduate.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel .
  • Experience in B2B sales in a customer facing role for 1-3 years .
