The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
Extensive experience Sales, Business Development, and client relations across Recruitment and IT Industry.
Experience across Client Inclination into business consultancy including Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Pre-sales, Entire operations and Post-sales or Client Success Management including support, guidance, and requirement enhancement with existing clients.
Well versed in successfully closing multiple contracts, proposals, and agreements with various companies and corporations, using my strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients to maximize profitability.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
Identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
