Additionally, NowFloats provides a Relationship Intelligence Agent (RIA) to help businesses maintain customer connections with minimal manual effort.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Vadodara. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The day-to-day tasks of the role include identifying and prospecting potential clients, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and effectively communicating the benefits of NowFloats' solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in account management or sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
