Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sr. Business Development Executive – Sales
to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in
EdTech sales
across both B2B and B2C formats, with strong client management skills and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales in B2B and B2C formats
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct client meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic execution
- Maintain accurate sales reports and activity tracking
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in
EdTech Sales
(mandatory) - Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales
- Based in
Bengaluru
(with readiness for travel for client meetings) - Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently (WFH readiness preferred)
Compensation
Salary:
Up to 6 LPA (based on experience & fit)
