Key Responsibilities * Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential B2B clients across industries. * Drive end-to-end business development cycle: lead generation → pitch → negotiation → closure. * Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends in the recruitment industry. * Meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining long-term client partnerships. Requirements * 2–3 years of proven experience in any job portal local or international. * Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. * Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. * Competitive mindset with goal orientation. * Initially based in Bengaluru.
