Your mission will be to engage with potential students over calls, understand their needs, guide them to the right programs, and drive admissions through consultative selling.You will be making 80–100 calls daily with consistent follow-ups and closing monthly enrollment targets.Key ResponsibilitiesMake high-volume outbound calls to potential learners dailyCounsel prospective students on suitable course optionsAchieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsMaintain accurate records of leads and conversionsDeliver an excellent customer experience through trust and rapportRequirements6–10 years of proven sales experience with strong target achievementExceptional communication and persuasion skillsFluency in English (spoken and written)Goal-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up abilityOwn laptop and stable internet connectionWork Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)What We OfferSalary up to 6 LPA plus uncapped incentivesRemote work with structured growth and recognitionBe part of a fast-growing global education brandA dynamic and supportive sales culture that rewards successApply now and be part of our growth story.
