Business Development ExecutiveAbout the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves a blend of strategic business development tasks and essential administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and drive growth.Key Responsibilities: Maintain Spreadsheets: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, sales metrics, and client information. Call and Email Follow-ups: Manage payment collections, follow up on sales leads, and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Sales and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and support the sales process. Schedule Meetings: Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams to facilitate business development efforts. Client Feedback: Conduct and manage client feedback through emails and calls to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Reporting: Provide daily or weekly reports on activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals.Qualifications: Proven experience in business development or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data analysis. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
