Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Industry specialist to join our team as the

State Head for On-Grid Solar in Maharashtra . The State Head will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, market development, building strong channel sales network and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in solar sales and the ability to lead a team effectively.

This position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Key Responsibilities:Develop sales and market development strategy and a detailed budget for Channel sales and distribution network development for On-Grid solar solutions.Ensure strategies are elaborated to the respective team members and set individual targets and plans. Implement sales plan in the specific regions and ensure budgets are adhered to.Conceptualise marketing strategies for product specific campaigns, channel development and ensure implementation as per the marketing plan in co-ordination with other departments.Analyse current and possible future market scenario for On-Grid Solar solutions in existing and new markets.Ensure achievement of overall sales targets month-on-month basis as well as execution of Annual operating plan.Ensure monthly collection of payments in timely manner.Plan & execute successful foray in new opportunities.Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners in the solar industry.Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Educational Qualifications and Skills:5-7 years experience overall with 3-5 years of experience in solar sales.Bachelors degree or MBA in Marketing.Proficiency in solar channel development.Ability to work independently and lead a team.
