This role is ideal for someone with persuasive skills and a customer-first mindset.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales callsQualify leads and schedule product demosMaintain CRM records and track interactionsCollaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaignsFollow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospectsAchieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growthWill be handling the Dealers and Distributors across India.Runo calls AnalysisHandle the Tele calling executives and their performance.Qualifications:Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)5 + years of experience in inside sales or telemarketingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales toolsEnergetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivatedShould have experience in Electrical industries.
