Position Description:

The HR Business Partner is a pivotal role within the Human Resources department, acting as a strategic partner & an advisor to the business leaders. The HRBP is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the overall business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Leaders to drive all People related initiatives. Provide guidance on employee development, performance management, career & succession planning.- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the business strategy- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.- Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.- Coach managers on effective performance management to improve employee productivity, feedback, and development.- Analyze and present people metrics to the business leaders to help with People decision and planning- Drive Global People Projects/ Initiatives locally Partnering with other Geo HR teams- Conduct employee Pulse surveys and use data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Qualification and Skills

- Master’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.- 10-12 years of experience in HR roles, including experience as an HR Business Partner- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to think strategically and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.- Proven attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and use of Data analytics to aid in People decisions in partnership with the leaders- Must be skilled in use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
